It is difficult to see how I am improving on my running when meetings and training get in the way. So I took a trip down memory lane and this is what I came up with:
10 for Texas 2008: 1h 36m 54s
10 for Texas 2009: 1h 30m 42s
10 for Texas 2010: 1h 26m 33s
Obviously I am getting better, although not good. The pain this Monday morning was considerable. I forgot to stretch on Saturday, because after the race I had a soccer game with Pablo at noon and another on with Marta at 2pm. I couldn’t crash in my couch until 4:30pm and by then the problem with my legs was set into stone.
