I was darn busy trying to keep a dozen kids under control, while Eulalia was drowning the grown-ups in alcohol, so Hugo took up the challenge, and in between beers, he was able to get this awesome pics, and Hugo never got hit by a bunch of sugar-hungry kids beating on a pinhata :)
And yes, in the end, I had to hit the pinhata too… Who says that products made in China are not sturdy? This pinhata was bullet-proof!!
You can see more pics of Hugo at Hugo’s Picasa site. There you can see the things Anne and Hugo do when not around kids :)

It works!!
This is how you reset the annoying message in your car:
Put your key in the ignition and turn it to position I
Press the odometer reset, and hold it there
When the odometer resets, turn the key to position II, hold the odometer reset until the i of information starts blinking.
During the 4 seconds that the i of information blinks, release the odometer reset first and turn the key to the 0 position.
You are done :)

because the commute every morning is killing me.
The itch to build a fully electric car is growing stronger. A fully electric, plugable, solar rechargeable car is getting under my skin like a bad disease.
So here are my specifications (sort of a living doc):
Fully electrical
Plugable
Solar rechargeable
Lots and lots of torque
I am thinking solar hood, two to four electrical DC motors, rear drive or AWD… Aircond? Most likely. And maybe, a bike rack :)
So, i’ll keep investigating.
Cheers,
Carlos

SUCKS!
I lost around 20% mileage from their gas, from 4 different Shell gas stations, two in the woodlands, two in the gessner area.
You would think that after the first two I would drop the test, but as their ad says, location, location, location… They are all around me :(
I hate EXXON, as a company, but their gas gives me back my 350 miles autonomy.
I keep finding directions to build my own electrical vehicle (http://www.e-volks.com), so, if I find the proper clunker… I might.

I can blog from my cellphone, that’s cool. I can blog while waiting for customers, in meetings and while shopping…
But, will I?
Time will tell

Finally the weather starts to turn slightly fresh.
Marta has a pet, Pollito, a dwarf brown hamster that only runs and kicks
when we are not watching. Pablo loves to squash Pollito (sigh!).
Pablo runs around naked around the house, so we can potty train him. It
is amazing that he can still remember to stop and think before he goes
:)
Eulalia is getting busier and busier in the new position in Anadarko.
She only has to do 4 people’s job in one third of the time and get half
the recognition (how are your percentages coming? :) But she likes it
that way, so I am not to intrude on it :)
And I am surviving, trying to decide how to tackle the 25$ submersible
camera project, learn how to use a sewing machine, set all the media
centers at home up and running and bring my fitness score with the Wii a
little bit higher.
Be nice
Carlos
